• Use the Service only for legitimate business purposes

4. Payment Processing and POS Integration

PieLine integrates with multiple POS systems including Clover, Toast, Square, and others. When you use Clover as your POS system, we process all payments through the Clover network and comply with all Clover policies and requirements. Important terms:

• Payment processing is handled through your chosen POS system's secure network
• When using Clover, all payments are processed exclusively through Clover's network unless you, as the merchant, request otherwise
• We do not store, process, or handle credit card information directly
• We do not provide money transmission services
• Payment processing is subject to your chosen POS system's terms and conditions
• We comply with all applicable payment processing regulations and POS-specific requirements

5. Service Usage

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service to:

• Automate phone ordering for your restaurant business
• Integrate with your existing POS system
• Access analytics and reporting on order performance
• Manage menu data and pricing information
• Receive customer support and technical assistance

5.2 Prohibited Use

You agree not to:
